I called Luigi's today from Phoenix Arizona and asked them for a favor. The staff and manager didn't blink an eye, and were amazingly helpful!! With this type of customer service, if I'm ever there in person, I will dine no place else!! Thank you!

I have been coming here for years! Luigi and his family did a wonderful job establishing an amazing place. The new owner's approach is pretty sweet. Having a while story about the transfer of ownership on the placemats is pretty cool too. She seems like a wonderful person. The service is always top Notch, prices are great and portions are huge! Excellent !!!!

Was extremely underwhelmed by my experience at Luigi's. We arrived around 7:30pm on a Tuesday night, there were a few people outside on the patio and one table seated inside. We sat a few tables away from that one in the inside dining room and were promptly greeted by a friendly guy who appeared to be a food runner or delivery driver. He took our drink orders, dropped off our menus and said our waitress would be right over. . . . . . . . (That first paragraph summarized what happened about 20 minutes ago, in that time I was almost finished with my soda and had known what I wanted for around 18 minutes. Large plain pizza.) The dining room waitress, clearly overwhelmed by her one single table in the building at the time, never even looked over at us. It wasn't until another minute or two later that the waitress from the patio area noticed us sitting there picking apart the ads on the soda glasses as well as the placemats. (Side note, I don't think I've ever seen 'sponsors' plastered all over the drinkware, but hey, every penny counts, right?) The outdoor waitress rushed over and asked if we were ready to order. With a chuckle, I asked for mozzarella sticks and a large cheese pizza. The sticks came out after about 5 minutes....or 20% or so of the time it took to take the order in the first place....they were fresh-tasting and the sauce was delicious. The pizza came out about 5 minutes after that and it was also hot and fresh, despite being extremely greasy. Your typical run-of-the-mill round pizza. After asking for two more sodas, we received the bill and the pizza was priced at $11.25; rather than the advertised $9.99 special. Rather than point out this glaring error, I gladly paid and hit the road in order to not have spent over 2 hours at a pizza place on a Tuesday night after work. To summarize, the food was certainly not worth the wait and the service was certainly not worth the tip that was left. Going forward, I decided that Luigi's is not worth my time or money with plenty of pizza options in the 5 mile radius.

This is about our third or fourth time here. I try to go back to see if things change, but nope. The food is just "Meh". I can't say it's bad, but I can't say it's good. Tonight we had gnocchi. One with regular sauce, one with vodka. It was ok. A side of one piece of sausage and one meatball each. The side was $3.50. The gnocchi was $12.50. Vodka sauce was more. The sausage looked boiled with sauce on top. The casing was tough to cut through. Had a cannoli which had a mushy shell. Red velvet cake tasted like the refrigerator. I complained and they removed it from the bill. We were the only people there. Very busy on weekends, and I'm not sure why. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. This was the last time I'll go there. Mediocre food.

My wife and I went here and had some "Italian " "food". She order the chicken francese and I had the pene ala vodka sauce. Hers was very oily and had only butter flavor. The chicken tasted boiled then breaded. She hadent eaten all day and she only had a few bites. My meal was over sauced and for me to say that is shocking because I love extra sauce. The chicken again boiled and the only way I knew that I was eating chicken vs a noodle was the slight very slight texture change. I felt bad wanted to take her somewhere for a great dinner and was let down. She ordered an alcoholic slushy and it was more liquid then sluch. Would have just rathered them tell her they were not done chiling yey. gave it 2 stars because of the nice outside deck and my beer was cold.

Great food, great service reasonable prices Dinners include salad and garlic bread. Good variety of pizza, Stromboli, and other Italian favorites. Pasta dishes are large and very good we have tried most of them and enjoyed all. I'm Italian and hard to please when it comes to Italian food. The bar provides excellent drinks and a good variety of beer and wine. Dinning here has never been disappointing. When the deck is open it further adds to the experience. Bona Appetite.

I've loved this place for years, but our last two visits this summer have been pretty terrible on the service side. Even with an empty dining room, the service was slow and the servers made no effort to hide their inexperience and unfamiliarity with the menu.
